Vault plans provide time-limited secure document storage. Due to the immediate provisioning nature of these plans:

• Vault 90-Day: No refunds after activation. Refund requests within 24 hours of purchase may be considered if the Vault has not been used.
• Vault Annual: No refunds after activation. Refund requests within 24 hours of purchase may be considered if the Vault has not been used.

5. Exceptions
